How Long After I Place An Order Will It Be Shipped?
All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within one business day(s) of the order. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so all orders placed on these days will be shipped by the upcoming Tuesday. It typically takes 2-6 business days to receive your order. Orders shipped to Canada can take between 2-4 weeks for delivery and we are neither aware of nor responsible for any customs/duty charges.
What If I Need My Order Shipped Faster?
Our cut-off time for Express orders is 4 pm EST. Express orders placed after 4 pm EST, will be processed the next business day. Our current rates are available at checkout! ****Example, a 2-Day Shipping order placed on Monday before 4 P.M. Eastern Time will be processed and shipped out the same day. Tuesday will be the first day of shipping, and it will arrive on the 2nd day, Wednesday.**** Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-6 business days. Expedited Shipping: Arrives within 2 business days (excluding the day of shipment).
What Can Cause My Order To Be Delayed?
If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. If your “ship to” address is different than your billing address, we may call and verify to make sure you (the card holder) is/are the person placing the order. This process may delay your order. During large sales and promotional events, shipping time can be delayed up to 2 business days. Please note that orders are only shipped on business days (Monday-Friday). During our promotional and peak shopping days period your order may not be shipped as quickly as normal. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Customer Care for help in choosing the right shipping method so you can receive your order on time! Your patience is greatly appreciated and we will do everything possible to process and ship your order as soon as possible.
How Do I Change My Shipping Address Once My Order Is Placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (877) 706-1109 so that we can correct your ship to address.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship to various countries around the world! Please select your country from list and choose your shipping method. Please note: customer is responsible for any and all customs/duty and all other related charges.

REFUNDS: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returns sent back to us within 10 days of receiving the item are eligible for a refund. All orders placed with a promotional sale, discount code, or under the Clearance section are FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS: If you would like to cancel an order please contact us as quickly as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate you. We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
EXCHANGES: If you would like a different band or item, please place a new order to assure you'll receive the item before it sells out, and email email@example.com to inquire about returning/canceling the original order.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS: Stained or used merchandise will be denied for return. Items must be returned to us in resell-able condition. Items that do not meet our requirements will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense. All items are inspected for quality control prior to shipment. Due to the handmade nature of our items, there will be small variations in each product. In the case that you receive an damaged item, please email photos and a brief description to firstname.lastname@example.org and allow 24 hours for a response. Damaged item claims must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of shipment.
RETURN SHIPPING: The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns.
INELIGIBLE RETURNS: Ineligible returns will be sent back at the customer's expense.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Bonita Piña is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or shipping fees associated with your return package. Please make sure you ship the package correctly and mark it as a return to avoid customs fees from being charged to us upon delivery.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: We do not offer price adjustments on items that have been marked down after purchase.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Items purchased with a gift certificate cannot be returned for cash value. You will be issued another store credit code for the value of the item.
UPON RECEIPT OF RETURNED GOODS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY THE RETURN IF IT DOES NOT MEET THE COMPANY RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS.
